Following last week’s intervention from Undercover Referee Alan Reeves, our two warring wedding coordinators take on the first of the 5 challenges set for them – The Cocktail Challenge!
The scenario: Our hotel bar manager is stricken down with a mysterious illness and the bride and groom have arrived to Lucan Spa Hotel wedding venue awaiting their welcome cocktail of choice! Alison “The Tiger” Tigue and Ulick “Chicken Legs” Colgan have to jump in quick and make sure things run smoothly to plan! This challenge will test both coordinators knowledge, speed and presentation skills with regards cocktail making! Who will come out on top?
