We were absolutely delighted to attend the 8th Irish Wedding Awards 2026 last Thursday evening and even more thrilled to return home with the Outstanding Achievement Award in the Wedding Venue of the Year category for Lucan Spa Hotel. 🎉
The evening was a wonderful celebration of the incredible people and businesses that make the Irish wedding industry so special. From venues and planners to photographers, florists, entertainers and every supplier in between, it was an honour to be recognised alongside so many talented professionals.
Receiving this award means so much to our entire team. Weddings are at the heart of what we do at Lucan Spa Hotel and we are incredibly proud to play a part in helping couples create unforgettable memories on one of the most important days of their lives.
This recognition reflects the dedication, passion and hard work of our entire staff — from our wedding coordinators and banqueting team to our chefs, accommodation staff, and management team — all of whom work tirelessly to ensure every wedding celebration is personal, seamless and memorable.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Creative Oceanic for organising such a fantastic event and to the team at the Clayton Hotel Liffey Valley for hosting a wonderful evening.
